Parapet ~ A parapet wall surrounds our premier room’s private porch and container garden, overlooking the pool and grounds. Parapet is set apart from the other guest rooms down its own back hallway, which adds to the private getaway feel. A handmade oriental rug and queen–sized brass bed imported from Italy grace this room. Relax in the built–in window seat and enjoy light from windows on the south, east, and west side of the mansion. When the weather turns cool, turn on the gas fire in the European cast iron stove, or turn up the thermostat on the heated tile floor in the bathroom. Parapet’s bathroom also features an oversize two–person shower.
